- 120ml/4fl.oz. Mayonnaise
- 90ml/3fl.oz. Plain Yoghurt
- 1 teasp Hot ready made Mustard
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Spring Onion (green parts only)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped Pimento to Garnish
1. Place the mayonnaise, yoghurt, mustard, salt and garlic in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Place the egg and spring onion in a serving bowl then add the mayonnaise mixture and mix well.
Garnish with the pimiento just before serving.
