- 100g/4oz Semolina
- 720ml/24fl.oz. Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 teasp Sugar
- A pinch of Salt
- Jam, Honey or stewed fruit to serve
1. Place the milk in a saucepan, bring to the boil then gradually stir in the semolina, mixing well.
2. Add the butter, sugar and salt, mix well, bring back to the boil then reduce the heat and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with jam, honey or stewed fruit.
