Restaurant Aura is one of the best restaurants in Western Siberia. It opens from noon to 1a.m. Specialities include complex soups, pelmenyi dumplings, healthy portions of fruit, and meat stews. About $25 a person.

Good option for business-lunches (quality & price). Not a big selection of food, but quality and service is always top. Excellent Russian soups lovely place for a romantic dinner for two.

Completely Soviet style place, but interesting if you want a trip into the 80s, or arrived early and need to eat somewhere. It's opened quite early (7:00 or 8:00 a.m.), so it can be a good option for those, who just got off the train.
